Mindful Painting is not your average painting company. We're a fast-growing local paint contracting company specializing in interior and exterior residential and commercial painting, as well as sprayed and specialty finishes. Responsibilities:

• Execute all aspects of residential painting projects. Including preparation, paint application, and finishing touches.

• Demonstrate expertise in various painting techniques, having attention to detail and high-quality workmanship

• Collaborate with the crew leader and team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Display utmost respect and professionalism when dealing with customers and their homes

• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter in the residential painting industry
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Application Question(s):

• Do you have reliable transport to get yourself to and from work at various sites around western Massachusetts?
• Are you able to prep and paint all ceiling, wall and trim surface in a 12x15 bedroom independently? How long would it take you to do this? Explain the steps it would take to complete this task.
• List five tools you would bring to every job site.
• Would you consider yourself a commercial or residential painter? Why?
• Can you thoroughly mask/ prep an area (interior or exterior) for airless spraying? Explain your experience with airless spraying.
• What equipment are you experienced using for working at heights? (scaffolding, ladders, aerial lifts, etc.)
