Marketing & Communication Strategist (Hybrid/St. Augustine, FL area)(PT 20 hrs a week)

This is an exciting opportunity for Mindful Solutions St. Augustine (MSSA), a growing marketing agency in St. Augustine, Florida. MSSA combines its steeped expertise with mindfulness to fulfill our client's mission and goals, from higher education to luxury products, service companies, and non-profits. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing and advertising campaigns while coordinating client and MSSA deliverables across multiple media channels and delivery formats. They will also actively participate in the marketing and new business team.

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Draft short and long-form copywriting to support social media, blogs, press releases, ads, websites, email, and other communication methods.
• Develop graphics to support social media, blogs, press releases, ads, websites, email, and other communication methods
• Utilize AI tools as support for marketing activities
• Develop blogs and social calendars for both MSSA and current clients
• Coordinate and monitor client deliverables through the company’s project management software
•  Utilize multiple tools to develop and deliver client deliverables, such as Loomly, Smartsheet, Canva, and other design software
• Learn and utilize MSSA’s marketing deployment tools for social media, email, PR, etc.
• Create and maintain marketing dashboards that track leads, MQLs, opportunities, and other essential marketing metrics
• Identify and recommend client performance optimizations to leadership
• Network and cultivate new client opportunities in coordination with leadership
• Collaborate with MSSA team members and contractors on client and internal deliverables and processes
• Travel for new and existing clients around 5-10% of the time in order to develop content and an ample knowledge of photography, angles, etc
• Assist leadership with prospective client research, PowerPoint presentations, and other projects as needed
• Track client insights and develop a strategic plan to ensure better performance the following month
• Develop an ad strategy for client deliverables for Facebook and Instagram to ensure that ads are properly executed
• Learn and execute proper methods to perform audits on new and existing clients to ensure an appropriate strategy and execution

Key Performance Indicators:

·      On-time completion of client and MSSA deliverables

·      Achieves an accuracy rate of 90% or greater

·      Demonstrates growth in marketing skillset through a constant learning process

·      Tracks and contributes to client success through proper execution and innovation

·      Actively participates in at least two networking events per month

·      Generates one new prospective client a month through business development efforts

Software used: Loomly, meta business, PowerPoint, excel, PR Newswire, smartsheet, word, asana, teams, slack

This role will report to the President.

This position could turn into full-time with benefits within a year.
