We are a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 1,000 mental health providers, and in turn over 17,000 patient visits per week across 11 locations and virtually via Telehealth.

About the Role 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in responsive web design and front-end web development fundamentals. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. 

Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain responsive web designs 

• Create and implement front-end web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and jQuery 

• Work with APIs to integrate external services and data 

• Develop and customize WordPress websites, with a strong understanding of PHP 

• Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance page load speed and resource management 

• Utilize SQL for database management and queries 

• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve user experience 

• Develop in-house solutions for intake forms and build landing pages for campaigns 

• Develop interactive widgets and optimize website features such as the find-a-provider filter 

• Quickly stand up standalone websites in the cloud

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  

Experience 

• Proven experience in responsive web design 

• Strong knowledge of front-end web design fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery 

• Experience working with APIs 

• Proficiency in PHP and WordPress development 

• Understanding of technical SEO best practices 

• Experience with SQL 

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices 

• Ability to develop in-house solutions and build campaign landing pages 

• Experience in cloud-based web development 

• Familiarity with .Net Framework (nice to have) 

• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Umbraco

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 to $105,000 per year

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
