What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Hybrid position at Mindful Therapy Group?
Why Join Mindful Therapy Group?
At Mindful Therapy Group (MTG), we believe in empowering providers to build and sustain thriving private practices—without the burden of administrative tasks. Founded in 2011 by clinicians, for clinicians, we have grown into one of the most well-established and highly respected mental health organizations in the Pacific Northwest. MTG helps mental health providers transition into private practice with the structure, support, and resources needed for long-term success.
Traditional W-2 positions often leave providers overworked, undervalued, and lacking autonomy. Our 1099 model allows you to focus on growing your business and patient care while we handle billing, marketing, credentialing, and operational support.
This opportunity is best suited for providers who can commit two days per week to grow their business. We've found that those who prioritize their practice as their primary focus see the most success—both in client outcomes and financial stability. This model is not advantageous for providers seeking supplemental contract work for fewer than one day per week.
You choose your clients, set your schedule, and take control of your career—all with expert guidance every step of the way.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Tailor your hours to what works best for you, creating a balanced life and career.
- Clinical Freedom: Enjoy the autonomy to decide how you work with your clients and approach your practice.
- Increased Earning Potential: Build a practice that allows you to earn what you deserve, with financial support and guidance. Top reimbursement can range from $192-364 per hour.
- Business Ownership: Take control of your own practice, with the resources and support of an experienced team behind you.
- Tenured Business Partnership: We bring years of expertise to help you thrive, so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
