This job is for you if:

• The idea of teaching others how to use Mindgrasp to learn more effectively and achieve their goals excites you.

• You’re passionate about education, productivity, and creative problem-solving.

• You’re high-energy, charismatic, friendly, and have a magnetic personality.

• You’re VERY comfortable on camera and can naturally engage an audience.

• You’re a TikTok innovator who loves exploring trends and creating original content.

• You have experience making TikToks or Reels and have a track record of getting real views and engagement.

Here's what you'll do:

• Film, edit, and post multiple styles of short-form videos, primarily for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Post 10-20   times per month on our TikTok account, which you will own and grow.

• Engage with your community by responding to comments, creating reply videos, and incorporating follower feedback.

• Stay ahead of trends by leveraging the latest sounds, hashtags, and styles to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Collaborate with the team to align your content with Mindgrasp’s brand identity and goals.

• Build something meaningful—share a product that’s helping people and have a ton of fun doing it!

• A deep passion for TikTok and short-form video creation, paired with a strong grasp of what captures attention and drives engagement on these platforms.

• A strong passion for and comprehensive knowledge of TikTok and the world of short-form video content.

• A creative eye for producing high-quality content, with skills in lighting, framing, and storytelling to craft visually stunning videos.

• A dynamic, confident, and approachable personality that shines on camera and connects with audiences.

• A proactive mindset, eager to try new approaches, explore trends, and refine strategies using data and analytics.

• An understanding of what makes beautiful visual content: lighting, shadows, frame, composure, etc.

• A team player with a positive attitude, ready to collaborate and contribute to a fun, supportive work culture.
