In this role, you will :
Collaborate to drive MindLab’s product strategy via data analysis, including owning the project plan for grant required features
Collaborate with our external contractors, internal developers, and educational research teams to drive business results
Use data analytics, A / B testing, user feedback, and competitive context to help frame product requirements
Clearly communicate the MindLabs product roadmap to leadership
Deeply understand accessibility needs in the classroom
Required Skills and Experience
3 years technology consulting (with an accessibility focus) or data science
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field for this posting
Data analysis skills and experience working with large data sets (SQL, VBA, Python, etc.). There will be a technical assessment as part of the hiring process for this role.
Experience working with product analytic tools and feature rollouts.
Experience defining metrics and making operations and strategic decisions based on A / B testing and / or qualitative feedback
Ability to travel for on-site testing of the product (10-30%). Explore Interactive has a remote-first culture.

Proficient with Jira, SmartSheets or another scrum / kanban tool
Experience in a startup environment or grant funded organization
IAAP Certifications such as : CPACC, WAS, CPWA, ADS, CPABRA
