Log-in samples for In-Process and Finished product.
· Using word processing, spreadsheet, graphics software, electronic mail, and document transfer systems, prepare and modify a broad scope of confidential and complex documents and correspondence.
· Maintain filing system, including confidential files.
· Handle all departmental administrative and general clerical activities including, but not limited to: mail disbursement, phone calls, assist in training of incoming employees to Quality Oversight.
· Create reports and graphics by compiling data from various sources as requested.
· Perform all company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain company's excellent reputation.
Skills:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Demonstrated strong attention to detail with demonstrated high work standards
· Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education:
High School degree and 1 year related experience
