Job Description : Summary :
The main function of an administrative assistant / executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support for two business functions, R&D and PLM / Pipeline Marketing. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform general office duties such as : ordering supplies, scheduling travel for both departments, completing expense reports and managing calendars.
- Prepare presentations, schedule customer visits, schedule meetings, team building events and domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Perform general administration activities including screening and directing phone calls.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails.
