Responsibilities :

Lead and inspire the team act against strategic plans, positioning and messaging
Tie together marketing and business results
Work across multiple teams and channels to build relationships for impact
Review and approve creative proposals
Provide direction to creative teams regarding feedback and expectations
Anticipate and proactively address obstacles as a strategic thought partner
Be a beacon of brand consistency that enables our marketing and communications to berecognized and remembered by the audience

Be an industry expert

Partner with and influence marketing and internal business leaders to understand needs,positively influencing marketing strategy and the customer experience

Use expert knowledge marketing trends and translate business intent into creativestrategies and executions that market products effectively

Understand the intended audience to develop targeted marketing messages

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in a brand strategy or marketing

At least 3-5 years of experience in project management

At least 3-5 years of experience working with creative teams

Preferred Qualifications :

At least 4 years of experience in creating and delivering presentations

At least 4 years of experience working with a Fortune 500 brand

Experience with communication strategy and / or event marketing
