We are seeking a Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) with a strong clinical background to join our Quality Management team as a Chart Review Specialist. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise to review medical charts, ensuring the accuracy and correct sequencing of diagnoses from various medical reports, including:
- Consultation Reports
- History & Physicals
- Operative Reports
- Progress Notes
- Discharge Summaries
- Complex Medical Cases
Job Title: Chart Review Specialist – FMG (Quality Management)
Location: New York, NY
Contract Length: 8 Weeks (possible extension or coversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM (1-hour lunch)
Department: Quality Management
Eligibility:
U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or individuals with an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) are eligible to apply for this position.
Qualifications:
- FMG (Foreign Medical Graduate) required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Experience in chart review, medical documentation, or quality management
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Background in patient treatment (MD, RN, or PA preferred
