Job Description
Title: Contact Center Rep I
Duration: 2 Months
Location: Plano, TX
Job Description: Interacts with internal and external customers to provide information in response to inquiries about various services and to handle and resolve complaints. New mobile iPhones using 'Airwatch' at our Plano Home Office.
Basic IT skills, working with mobile devices College student with skillset or high school graduate with technical background would be a good fit.
1. Provides front-line support for procedural questions from store associates, customers, unit managers and office associates specific to systems supported.
2. Enters customer information into appropriate systems.
3. Researches and resolves customer questions using various computer systems based on established rules and procedures.
4. Follows up on inquiries not immediately resolved.
5. Takes roll-over calls for other teams as needed based on call volume.
6. Provides coverage over weekend and holidays as required.
7. May assist in on-the-job training of new associates.
8. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
