What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative II position at Mindlance?
Duties will include;
Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics
Identifying employees' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Performs data entry, maintains customer databases and logs communication.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, computer and data entry skills are required.
Strong verbal skills, listening, organizational and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
Basic payroll knowledge is a plus.
