2 positions for project Loan Operation services Data Mart
Project synopsis : Wholesale Loan Operation process automating end to end loan maintenance process, this effort is to capture data from workflow tool (workflow data stored in MongoDB) store in Oracle DB and perform data cleansing, data aggregation to create consumption views for reporting & analytics team.
1 position for Customer Experience - Business to Business Survey
Project synopsis : Commercial Bank, Corporate Investment Bank and Digital service would like to capture feedback from the customer regarding the service and product client offers to continuously improve the customer experience. We collect customer population from various CRM's, Loan accounting platforms, customer care application and digital platform to work with third party vendor to send customer information and receive the feedback. .Need to combine feedback with the rest other data to provide reporting and analytics team to create dashboards.
Must Haves :2 days work form home and 3 days from Summit, office. Company may increase work from office in near future.
