Job Summary
The EMS System Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting, system administration, and maintenance of the EMS upgrade systems throughout the testing cycles. They will also be responsible for integrating various EMS applications, monitoring, and regular maintenance.
The candidate will perform various kinds of structured/unstructured testing and logs defects in the defect-tracking tool. They will work closely with the business lead, project manager, and technical lead by providing timely updates and feedback.
The EMS System Analyst will also work closely with the EMS vendor and our GMS development teams to reproduce defects and test the fixes. Additionally, they will work closely with the GMS Applications Engineering teams to get the defect fixes, releases installed across various testing environments.
