Job Title: Java Full stack Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC / West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (high possibilities of extension/conversion)
Relocation Reimbursement will be provided
Description:
Seeking engineers eager to advance their careers in Java full stack software development with a prestigious client in banking and financial services. This opportunity includes a comprehensive 4-week online pre-employment training program (15 hours per week), conveniently scheduled after business hours. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a $500 stipend. This is a fantastic chance to gain in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a pathway into a dynamic tech role.
Prerequisite:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Java full stack development.
- Experience with Java, Springboot, and Unit Test case development.
- Cloud native application development experience (one of TAS - Tanzu Application Service, Azure, GCP, and AWS).
- Angular or related UI Framework experience
- Oracle and MongoDB or related NoSQL database experience
- Kafka or related Data Streaming technology experience
- Tomcat application server experience
- Cloud native Microservices development experience based on Event Driven Architecture experience
- Domain Driven Design principles.
- Agile Development methodologies
- App non-functional requirements including Monitoring (APM tools), Logging (Splunk), Distributed tracing.
- Experience with Monolith to Microservices decomposing experience
- Experience with Developing Automated functional testing using the BDD tech.
- 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to the mentioned locations.
