Title : Inventory Coordinator
Duration : 6 Months
Location : Baltimore, MD
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for providing hands-on support to setup, install, and troubleshoot products to support the project implementation. The successful Inventory Coordinator is a self-starter, has strong communication skills, is well organized, and is comfortable and experienced in contacting and conversing with hospital personnel. A successful Inventory Coordinator will possess a demonstrated ability to independently perform implementation tasks accurately and thoroughly, have a collaborative approach in a team environment, possess interpersonal and communicative skills, and hold themselves accountable to the highest level of standards.
Description of Work :
- Assembling racks
- Stocking cabinets, racks and shelves
- Inventory count and product verification
- Moving product- utilization of a pallet jack and other equipment as needed
- Arranging and organizing medical products and medical supplies
- Filling bins
- Breaking down boxes What is expected of you and others at this level
- Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
- Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
- Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
- Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
- Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and / or scientific methods
- Adheres to all quality guidelines
- Works under moderate degree of supervision
- Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
- Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
Must provide proof of, and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Hospital system uses Vendormate (GHX).
A Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position. Covid-19 vaccination includes : 2 doses of the Moderna or Client vaccine, 1 dose of the Pharmaceutical vaccine. Please Note : vaccines may be required for the position subject to federal, state and / or customer requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred

1-2 years of experience
