Responsibilities include:
- Increasing sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
- Owning and expanding client relationships within the assigned portfolio
- Identifying business opportunities to sell the full suite of Mindlance solutions to clients
- Contacting and meeting with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship
- Preparing and presenting sales information and effective proposals for customers
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar majors
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character
