Description:

- Supporting Continuous Service Improvements (CSI) for the Core Technology and Operations organization (CT&O).
Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)
- Required, Master’s Preferred.
Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
- Responsible for owning the CT&O portfolio of process models and procedures. Will function as a SME within their process vertical and display mastery of industry specific knowledge. Responsible for sampling and monitoring of assigned processes in relation to defined KPIs. Responsible to report and track KPI metrics and identify bottlenecks/process variations causing KPI’s to be missed.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
- Minimum two years Process Engineering experience.
- Two or more years of experience as a Process Engineer and leading cross-functional teams.
- Certified (or pursuing certification) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Completed multiple projects).
- Two or more years of experience as a Process Engineer and leading improvement projects for IT.
- Projects related to ITIL services (Incident, Problem, Change, Patch, Certificate). Projects related to Infrastructure (lifecycle management, etc.)
- Two or more years of experience as a Process Engineer and leading improvement projects in banking, financial services, or other services industry (Fortune 500 Banks/Financial Services preferred).
