What are the responsibilities and job description for the LOAN CONSULTANT position at Mindlance?
Role : Business Execution Consultant (Loan IQ)
Contract : 24 Months - with a possibility of conversion
Locations : Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Irving, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Chicago, IL
Hybrid : 3 days in a Week
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross functional partners when developing and executing upon training plans.
- Create and execute upon training plans across multiple operational teams.
- Ability to travel in the US to conduct in person training, as requested.
- Extensive Loan IQ system experience, preferably with bilateral loans, and knowledge with ability to train to operational teams.
- Prior training experience with proven results. Basic operational knowledge of organizational processes and strategy to effectively deliver upon training approach.
- Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
We are looking for a consultant with strong Expertise with Loan IQ.(Someone who uses the Loan IQ efficiently)
