Hours : 40hrs / week.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Vet Tech Marketing team with administrative support on an as-needed basis (entering, updating, and maintaining team and department financials, tracking POs, invoices, and contracting documents for studies, admin support for sponsored education and professional sponsorships, etc.).
  • Support Vet Tech marketing portfolio leads and Associate manager in executing tech marketing initiatives such as asset approvals, event approvals, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Communicate updates on task completion with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communicate with external vendors on various activation milestones to ensure they are completed as planned.
  • Collect, enter, and maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes on various events and engagements.
  • Provide ad-hoc admin support for ancillary projects, works in progress (e.g., sample ordering, scheduling meetings, minutes for meetings, follow-up on action items).
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision.
  • Support internal Ad Promo review process from an admin support standpoint to upload items in the system for review, communicate any changes / edits, track the progress in review cycles, and resubmit for final approvals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, digital, and professional service veterinarians as assigned and as needed.
  • Perform all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, etc.) and Company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts to maintain an excellent reputation within the animal health community and internally.

Skills :

Required Experience : Administrative, Project management experience; Preferred, not required : 1-2 years in the AH industry.

  • Quality-focused with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills required (Microsoft Office Suite – including Excel).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
  • Experience with Veeva is a plus.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement is preferred.
