Description :
Our client's Streetwear Footwear Design Operations Lead is an enthusiastic, motivated, intuitive and well organized team player who ensures the Design Studio runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. They will drive, implement and manage design process systems and procedures, solve problems and prioritize amongst multiple tasks. They thrive in ambiguous, highly collaborative environments, and bring creative and analytical thinking to the solutions they build. They will provide the energy, focus and organizational horsepower to drive process excellence and enable our client's design to have creative space and focus.
Duties :
- Drive cross-functional integration of footwear process key moments and supporting tools.
- Collaborate with product creation partners to develop plans for achieving key dates and deliverables.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationship with Product Management, Development, and Merchandising partners.
- Enable high-performance design studio best practices by executing process excellence and driving synergy across Product, Color, Material and graphics design functions.
- Work closely with Footwear Design Operations Director to drive design strategy execution with scalable solutions and ensure all policy and procedures are properly implemented for design teams.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables both for design teams and for downstream and upstream partners.
- Drive forward process moments that ensure design work tracks on time against product briefs, marketplace capacity and consumer expectations.
- nalyze line plans to meet the team workload capacity, providing guidance to leaders as they make strategic decisions on the shape of the business.
Minimum requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working with project management in complex organizations.
Preferred : Experience with design and product creation process, specifically footwear.
