Our Benefits Administration team supports this commitment by designing human-centered, intuitive experiences enabling our members to take full advantage of their health plan benefits. We are seeking a product designer to drive the user experience and design of Benefits Administration experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and supportive of our organizational goals.
The Benefits Administration product designer will be responsible for understanding and enhancing Benefits Administration experiences. This role requires a dedication to improving the health plan experience of our members, empowering them to effortlessly understand and engage with their health plan benefits while driving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, success criteria and objectives related to health plan engagement.
Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces that empower members to understand and engage with their health plan benefits.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications.
Drive projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimally utilized.
