Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60-$70/hr on w2
The bank is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve project issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and banking industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or other project management software to track progress.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior experience running large-scale projects is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
