Job Title: Project Manager - Price Risk Strategic Data
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 7 Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)
Job Description:
- Role will be 60% PM and 40% BA
- Client Markets is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with project management experience (Hybrid BA/PM role).
- Essential experience includes trading desk, Investment Banking book management, market-based trading products, FRTB, and data management programming.
- Knowledge of business and product hierarchy across Finance, Risk, and Operations is required.
- The role involves leading business analysis autonomously, defining requirements, tracking progress, and providing updates to senior stakeholders.
- The candidate will assist with defining 1LoD controls to improve data quality, governance, and BAU monitoring.
- Success metrics and change progress will also be tracked, requiring strong program management skills.
- The role requires collaboration across Global Markets, including traders, CAOs, Business Management, Finance, and technology teams, and frequent interaction with Internal Audit.

- Attention to detail, including ability to analyze day on day changes and perform trend analysis
- Proactive engagement
- Knowledge of strategic planning, especially as it relates to deadline management and relevant engagement with supporting stakeholders
- Must have minimum of 10 years relevant experience
- Needs strong Data Analysis skills
Key Skills Required:
- 10 years as a Business Analyst (business process mapping, data analysis, UAT, and implementation)
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in price risk use cases across Business, VCG, Finance, and Risk
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, and focus groups
Preferred Skills:
- Subject matter expertise in Product Control, Risk, Operations, or Internal Audit related to F2B trade flow and controls
- Expertise in global markets products, book management, and reporting practices.
