Description / Comment : This individual will work closely with a Product Owner on the adoption and ongoing maintenance of an Idea & Opportunity Management platform being rolled out across Product, Business, and Technology organizations. They will be actively involved with operating, maintaining, scaling, and managing the key aspects of rolling out the Idea & Opportunity Management platform. An ideal individual will be able to learn a new application, work to understand the key aspects of the PDLC process implemented at Client, assist with coordinating and managing daily / weekly workloads, has a high degree of competency (both listening and asking questions), and is not afraid of handling manual processing work when needed.
- Becoming a functional expert of Idea & Opportunity Management platform
- Assist with moving Ideas into Opportunities and updating metadata
- Assist with updating and maintaining a growing backlog of Opportunities
- Partner with Product Owner to organize and conduct weekly meetings with key stakeholders across organizations
- Assist with updating communications and training content for platform users
- Provide thought partnership on areas of improvement within the project, enabling greater efficiencies, improving adoption, and other relevant blocks
- Assist with creating, reviewing, and delivering on strategic roadmap items related to continued roll-out and scaling efforts
- Coordinate meetings between Product, Technology, and Vendor relationship managers as needed
Additional Job Details : Onsite Position in Phoenix, AZ 4-5 days a week. Experience Requested
