What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk/Compliance Business Analyst position at Mindlance?
• A curious and analytical mind that instinctively investigates beyond what’s showing at the surface
• Ability to think critically when problems present themselves and balance a workload with short time frames
• High attention to detail with experience in rigorous quality control approaches with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
• Experience in writing policies & procedures.
• Ability to work well alone with little direction
• A strong work ethic, with a sense of urgency and high focus on client experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word & SharePoint. Building Crystal Reports is a plus!
• Experience in Financial Services industry, especially in the advised product, risk management or operational background preferred.
