**Job Title:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive - Staffing Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
  • Own and expand client relationships within the assigned portfolio
  • Identify business opportunities to sell the full suite of Mindlance solutions to clients
  • Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship
  • Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar majors
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful B2B outside sales experience and a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character
