Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Dallas TX
Description:
Your Opportunity Client is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer with experience working with Marketing Cloud in the Operational Excellence Technology organization.
This organization manages the platforms and systems delivering capabilities to our marketing business partners. As a member of the Operational Excellence Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment.
As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of Salesforce artifacts. We're looking for team members that are eager to learn and implement new resilient technologies and provide outstanding Marketing solutions.
Additional Job Details: Will work a hybrid schedule- Dallas Office preferred location As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for helping to deliver quality technology and software initiatives by:
Analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirements
Designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Marketing platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our development, product teams and Architects
Ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
Collaborating with business partners on issues
Partnering with application and data developers on designs, models and best in class implementation
Interacting with experts from across Client in different support organizations and business groups
Being a member of Agile team(s) that focuses on delivering what the client needs
Partnering with production support and Campaign management team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure 24x7 availability of production systems As a team member you will have the following attributes: Strong foundational understanding of application development concepts and technologies
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a desire to take on responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system issues in business terminology
Ability to handle high-priority projects with deadlines for deliverables with minimal defects
Confidence in interfacing with business partners at various levels
Ability to learn and understand the business functions that the team supports
Ability to work independently as a member of an Agile scrum team
Detailed oriented and a self-starter
Must be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies
Ability to learn and interface with multiple technology domain partners, including offshore vendor teams and internal groups
Must be able to reach out and seek out information from senior members on the team
Genuinely concerned with the success of the team than with getting credit for your contributions
