What are the responsibilities and job description for the Third-party Risk Analyst position at Mindlance?
Requirements: identify & assess risk, evaluation, reading laws, mitigate & control the risk
Develop reporting and using controls.
Tech skills –
Power Point, creating template reporting experience for executive leadership, take those risks identified and present to the leadership
Excel, navigating Tableau and using dashboards
Industry experience in 3rd party & risk, need to know local, national, and international risks for 3rd party (reg change knowledge) keeping up with standards
Analytical skills - complex reg doc and interpret for supply chain mgmt.
Risk - evaluate the impact of that regulatory change.
Monitoring is the greatest need then Process design & improve - to ensure compliance with the regulatory changes
Data analytics to monitor and assess requirements (requirement)
Stakeholder engagement - strong liaison with other LOB’s with excellent communications skills, but also be able speak to stakeholders in layman’s terms.
Job Description:
• Identification and evaluation of US and Non-US Law, Rules, and Guidelines (e.g., EARL Alerts, applicability reviews, etc.)
• Perform Non-Us and US Regulatory Analysis to confirm current state compliance
• Develop monthly reporting to provide status updates to various stakeholders
• Perform gap analysis against enterprise policies and procedures to confirm compliance
