Job Description: The Medicaid EDI Manager will play a critical role within the Business Data Solutions team to maintain and implement Medicaid encounter feeds. The Medicaid Manager will be the primary resource implementing new client and/or state outbound transactions.
The Manager will develop requirements based on stakeholder meetings and interpretation of Companion Guides.
The Manager will identify, recommend and implement process improvements in support of the EDI system based on observation, monitoring and external inquiries regarding EDI issues.
Secondary responsibilities include researching and analyzing encounter edits or rejections for Medicaid clients and work with internal/external teams to resolve.
The Manager will work to improve overall encounter, member and provider data quality.
As well they will track encounter submission quality and timeliness.
There will actually be 5 courses that required for all temporary employees:
3 for Compliance purposes and 2 for HiTrust / Security requirements:
1. General Compliance
2. HIPAA
3. Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
4. Security Essentials
5. Introduction to Phishing
In addition; Model of Care, ODAG, FSL Fraud Integral Staff training, CA Fair Claims.

Work hours: 8-5 pm
Location Address: Mason Office Hybrid in office 3 days a week Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements Ability to analyze claims data Develop standard and custom testing plans to ensure compliance with requirements Maintain detailed documentation and process flow of all EDI processes Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions experience Experience with EDI mapping for 837, 999, 277CA, 835 Experience with Medicaid Claims processing ClientONLY:
As part of your contractors compliance while working in the Clientdepartment, the OIG/GSA/OFAC screening is an additional requirement for Clientpositions.
It should be conducted prior to placement and once a month thereafter. The results should be emailed to *** by the 4th of each month and we again ask that you house each file internally for auditing purposes.
Clientneeds full screenshots where the website link and the date/time the screening was performed are all visible (this is required for all 3 types of screenings).
Screenshots of completed training is required during 1st week of hire.
Screenshots are to be kept in file and sent to PMO to upload into IQN.
ClientMandatory Training (3 for Compliance purposes and 4 for HiTrust / Security requirements) is required during first 3 weeks and completed passport to be sent to manager, supplier and ***)
