Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage sales orders, analyze product availability, and provide reports on sales data.
- Support order management, especially during month-end and quarter-end closings, and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with 3PL vendors to ensure timely stock delivery to the warehouse and resolve system discrepancies.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, manage KPI reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
- Utilize SAP, ValueTrack, Qlik, and Excel to manage supply chain operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory requirements and align inventory levels with realistic goals.
