Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial assessments, follow-ups, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath Health
- Collaborate with other clinicians for best patient care and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – timely notes and documentation
- Experience working with adult and child/adolescent patient populations
Requirements:
- Fully licensed within the state of practice with a MD or DO degree
- BE/BC in Psychiatry and active DEA license
- Medication management required
- Ability to utilize EHR and technology platforms as applicable within the role
