As the Operations Supervisor (Onsite in our Chandler, AZ office), you will have direct oversight for multiple front offices’ operations including team management, provider schedule management and execution of special projects as needed. Your passionate leadership style and excellent organizational skills will ensure the office runs smoothly and results in high provider and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or four years of position related experience in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of lead/supervisor experience. Multi-site experience desired.
- Experience with electronic health records; preferably AdvancedMD.
- 1 year of demonstrated customer service skills (within a healthcare setting preferred), including the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving customer issues.
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and technical aptitude to work in open systems environments).
