Qualifications and Disclaimers

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a MD/DO degree with active licensure within the state of practice. Additionally, you should be ABPN board certified in Psychiatry and possess an active DEA license. PMHNP applicants require an unrestricted license and ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC).
