- Provide initial assessments, follow-ups, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath Health
- Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with timely notes and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience and scope of practice to include treating child/adolescent and adult populations
- Current State License
- Must reside in the state of practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with timely notes and documentation
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
