Outpatient Therapist - Hybrid or Remote Schedule

Salary: $90,000-$125,000

*Offered salary can vary, depending on licensure and experience.

• Day-to-Day – Practice model is typically Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Provide initial assessments, check-ins, and offer appropriate referrals within Mindpath
• Supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state
• Identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment
• Collaborate when necessary for best patient care and experience
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills – timely notes and documentation
• Must be willing and capable of providing treatment for the following: Mental Health Consultation, Adjustment Disorder, Greif/Loss, Anxiety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression, Panic Attacks/Disorders, Personality Disorders, Stress / Stress Management, and Trauma/PTSD

Qualifications

• Current State License
• Must reside in the state of practice 
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills – timely notes and documentation
