As a Recruiter (Remote in CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, or FL), you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for non-clinical positions within our organization. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, and drive the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, utilizing various recruitment strategies, and driving hiring efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manages the full recruitment life cycle for non-clinical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the handoff to HR for onboarding.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Sources candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Screens resumes and conducts initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitates interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance on interview best practices.
- Manages candidate pipelines and maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develops and maintains relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Provides feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process and communicates decisions in a timely manner.
- Stays updated on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and labor market trends.
- Assists with employer branding initiatives and promotes the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensures compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Experience sourcing using Indeed and LinkedIn preferred.
- Highly proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Experience with Jobvite preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations related to recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to 25% travel
The pay range for this position is $68,000 to $73,000. We offer full benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and more.
