The Service Center Support Technician Tier 2 is responsible for being the subject matter expert and providing technical support to service centers for any CST system(s) and / or equipment issues. The Service Center Support Technician Tier 2 position is primarily responsible for addressing service center concerns and questions regarding the servicing, removal, or installation of CST equipment utilizing multiple outlets both internal and external for technical research and information to resolve service center issue. Work closely with Leadership as well as the Engineering department to better identify issues and find solutions. The Service Center Support Technician Tier 2 stands as one of the first points of contact for service centers and will need to provide quality customer service as well as technical expertise.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the employees within the operations department to ensure that electronic products are refurbished and recalibrated according to production, compliance and product quality goals.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Safety : making sure all employees are working in a safe environment.
- Ensure equipment is running in a safe working order. (Calibrating equipment, fixing equipment)
- Responsible for day to day interaction with operations employees; delivery of information, escalating issues and making sure tasks are delegated appropriately.
- Train employees on new processes and procedures.
- Ensuring each area is appropriately staffed for production.
- Ensuring all employees follow all policies and procedures and coaching / discipline is given as needed.
- Complete annual employee evaluations.
- Complete daily time and attendance and monitor weekly time worked.
- Ensuring employees have all the tools needed to do their daily work including but not limited to; tools, training materials, safety equipment, etc.
- Complete weekly inventory count
- Responsible for issuing out all consumables
- Maintain a steady flow of production and address issues in a timely fashion, escalate when needed.
- Work with other departments in a professional manner, as necessary.
- Arrange and maintain work area consistent with 5S practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- All other duties as assigned.

Salary : $52,700 - $68,000
