Requirements
- You have a Master's degree and/or PhD in the following areas: Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, Human Resources
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience at schools & universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.) and/or experience in curriculum development, educational technology etc.
- Your level of English is advanced (C1)
- You are familiar with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, ability levels
- You are able to create engaging content through mix of personalization, motivation, gamification, etc
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
- Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
