At minds assembly, the engine of our business is commercial invention. We approach every
project—actually, every aspect of our work—as an opportunity to dip our toes into the revitalizing stream
of the new. The original conception of our agency (which has since been realized) was that of a happy
workshop, a place where the mind and hands are free to construct brilliant new things for our clients. Yet,
we never forget that we are in fact a business. Everything we do is to further the commercial goals of our
clients, whether that is to sell a product or an idea. To achieve this, we continue to add only the best
people—those who have the right talent, temperament, and teamwork orientation—to further our
collective goals. Then we ask that each person adhere to two simple and equally important principles:

produce the best work possible, yet always with the knowledge that we have each other’s backs.
About the role:
At this level, the Senior Client Executive has gained more experience at the agency and is beginning to
work more autonomously with the team and gaining even more face time with clients. They confidently
navigate projects from conception to completion, working with the team to ensure that we are
consistently delivering work that aligns with brand guidelines and strategy. At this level, they have now
begun to hone their presentation skills and begin leading client meetings independently, from
development of meeting agendas through meeting minutes and follow up.

Job responsibilities:
- Works independently with agency team and mid-level/junior clients for tactical management and
- Well-versed on client systems (and agency systems)
- Participates in ideation and contributes to tactical plan
- Leads client and agency status meetings
- Understands the brand’s overall financial health and is learning to build yearly SOWs
- Initiates project development with client and internal agency creative team including project brief
- Works with supervisor to write strategic documents to service the brand’s needs/reviews
- Attends Medical/Regulatory meetings and is able to support agency work and capture input
- 3-5 years client services experience in healthcare advertising
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, a science, or related field
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with client and agency team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comprehensive, strategic, and systematic thinker
- Displays an interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and industry
- Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media, search, etc
