Job Responsibilities
- Orchestrates and leads the collective efforts of multiple brands
- Ensures creative excellence and alignment with agency objectives across teams
- Acts as gatekeeper to ensure that all final products released demonstrate only the highest quality
- Mentors and develops Directors and Associate Directors to lead their individual brands to
- Collaborates with leadership to develop departmental growth and success
- Contributes to agency-wide initiatives and helps lead new business opportunities
- Proactively provides suggestions that impact agency policy and operations
- 13-15 years of industry experience
- You have direct management experience
- An exceptional portfolio that shows a strong breadth of work
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong experience with Figma, Keynote, PowerPoint, and other creation tools
