Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, particularly in working with individuals with disabilities and children. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on best practices in behavior analysis, special education, and medical terminology relevant to the field.
Experience
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical records management and medical documentation practices.
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes and special education frameworks.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and methodologies related to behavior analysis.

Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
