What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychologist position at Mindscape Counseling?
We are currently looking to add a licensed psychologist to join our team. Our clinicians enjoy meaningful work, at a pace that they choose, with a flexible schedule that works for them. Mindscape Counseling is designed so our clinicians can focus on the work they love while we take care of the business side of a clinical practice. We provide clinical support when you need it without micromanaging and take care of patient scheduling, EMR, insurance billing, collecting money, and other productivity demands of administering a busy practice. Telehealth and in-person appointments available but must be able to work in-office 16 hours per week minimum.
Duties:
- Conduct psychological assessments of patients with a wide variety of psychological disorders that affect intellectual, cognitive, behavioral or emotional function.
- Administer and interpret psychological testing.
- Perform evaluations for children in need of IEP's.
- Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Requirements:
- Fully licensed Psychologist in the state of Washington
- PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology
- Professional liability insurance
Skills & Experience:
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
- Experience with children or adolescents
- Ability to diagnose and provide treatment recommendations for ADHD and autism spectrum disorder.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
