JOB TITLE: Truth Traveler Branson MO. General Manager
LOCATION: Branson, MO.
REPORTS TO: Regional Director

STATUS: Full-Time
SUMMARY: Mindscape Management LLC. is seeking a dynamic and experienced
General Manager to lead the successful launch and operation of our new
Virtual Reality attraction located in Branson, MO.
This cutting-edge facility will feature virtual reality technology, haptic benches, concert venue, retail, food and beverage, and more. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in setting up the attraction, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attraction Setup: Oversee the setup and launch of the VR attraction,
including coordinating with vendors, supervise portions of technology
installation, and managing the facility's physical layout.
2. Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train a diverse team of staff
members, including VR operators, concert venue personnel, customer service personnel, retail associates, and food and beverage staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
3. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from
ticketing, VR experiences, and concerts to retail and food services. Implement
efficient scheduling and resource management to optimize guest
experiences.
4. Customer Service: Develop and maintain a culture of exceptional
customer service. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback
promptly and professionally.
5. Financial Management: Manage the attraction's budget, monitor
expenses, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Drive
profitability while providing value to customers.
6. Quality Control: Ensure the VR & Theater experiences and all attractions meet
high-quality standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to
create and execute marketing strategies that drive visitor numbers and
revenue. Develop partnerships and promotional events.
8. Health and Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to
protect staff and visitors. Stay informed about industry best practices
and compliance requirements.
9. Reporting: Provide regular reports to upper management on key
performance indicators, financial results, and guest feedback.
Implement strategies to address areas needing improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 4 years of management
experience in the entertainment or attractions industry, with a track
record of successful team leadership.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
as needed to accommodate operational requirements.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to think creatively, identify
growth opportunities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with VR technology and related
equipment is a plus.
Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer
experiences and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related
field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
