Weβre looking for a driven, high-energy Loan Officer Assistant to join our fast-paced office in Troy, MI! This is a full-time, in-person position where your main responsibility is to dial all day βοΈ, generate your own leads, and build your own pipeline.
This is a commission-only role.
β¨ What Youβll Be Doing:
π Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential borrowers
π Follow up with interested leads and keep your pipeline active
ποΈ Collect basic borrower information and documentation as needed
π§ Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups in the CRM
π₯ Hit daily call and conversion goals with consistency
π Build relationships and convert conversations into loan opportunities
π What Weβre Looking For:
β Must be able to work on-site in Troy, MI β this is an in-office role only
β Comfortable making 200 calls per day
β Full-time availability β Monday through Friday
β Sales Or Call Center Experience Is Highly Preferred
β Strong communication and follow-up skills
β Ambitious, self-motivated, and not afraid to hustle
β Must be comfortable with a 100% commission-based pay structure
