Job Summary :
As the Software Engineering Manager for the DevOps Team, your role involves leading a team tasked with developing tools for creating and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automating the management of complex service-oriented applications, databases, and other tools, and constructing frameworks to ensure the stability and scalability of our client's Private Cloud.
Job Responsibilities :
- Architect, construct, and maintain cloud infrastructure, leveraging automation and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Develop tools to enable self-service capabilities for development teams, enhance platform scalability and availability, and fortify security measures for our client's private cloud customers
- Collaborate with product developers to implement services following contemporary design paradigms
- Recruit, supervise, mentor, and expand a team of enthusiastic engineers
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders based on trust, empathy, and technical proficiency
