As a Director of Professional Learning, you will be responsible for facilitating MindSpark programs, working closely with clients on needs and outcomes, following up with clients for further engagements and being a contributor to impact reporting. Although marketing and sales will not be included in your day-to-day, you will be expected to contribute to these two areas.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Performs as a lead instructor/facilitator for multiple Leadership and Professional curricula areas
- Deliver professional learning events, utilizing a variety of delivery methods, techniques and platforms
- Customize learning programs, courses, presentations and guides as needed
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment, and address any issues/concerns in the classroom/virtual classroom promptly in accordance with policies
- Observe and track customer performance, add key insights to enhance the delivery
- Oversee phases of preparation, delivery and rostering of learning per business requirements
- Provide professional assistance in both formal classroom and on-the-job learning
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to quality additional instructors
- Continually broaden/deepen areas of expertise to ensure flexibility across the collective subject
- Build trust across the organization and engage appropriate stakeholders
- Special projects that may include internal research or initiatives to support the organizational mission
- Connect with and build a community of learners in creative ways to market programs and engage the audience
- Reengineer education to shift the paradigm
- Build strong relationships with supported client groups to advocate learning champions
Job Requirements
- 10 years of experience delivering Leadership and Professional Development courses/curricula
- Experience creating and delivering programs to develop leadership capabilities through formal and informal methods
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to empathize and communicate with leaders
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Expert facilitation skills, with an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the target audience
- Ability to travel 60% of the year across the US including weekends
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- You have a master’s degree or equivalent. A specialization in or experience with computer science or STEM is preferred.
- You possess towering creative and technical skills.
- You have phenomenal communication skills as well as knowledge of basic professional development tenets.
- You are data-driven and have the analytical abilities necessary to gather key business and user insights that drive measurement, decision making, and improvement.
- You have strong experience in working with people and you understand the nuances of education.
- You are exceptionally organized, and detail oriented with strong project management skills and the inclination to solve problems collaboratively and juggle multiple projects concurrently.
- You are a thoughtful listener with high integrity and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- You are a standout idea generator and problem solver with a knack for balancing both the strategy and the details.
- It’s a plus if you have experience working across a diverse set of stakeholder groups - specifically for nonprofits, education, and education technology organizations.
Compensation:
Estimated Starting Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid bi-weekly. (Note that actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include experience, qualifications, and skill set.)

Location:
Please note that the role is based in Lakewood, CO. While we have flexibility around the timing for relocation, we are not currently considering permanently remote candidates. Employees work a hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
