I have an immediate need for a contract Recruiting Assistant in New York City. My client, a top-ranked global law firm, is looking for a contract Recruiting Assistant to assist with their busy recruiting season for their upcoming summer program. This role will help the Recruiting Team with entry-level hiring, provide administrative support to their summer program, accurate data entry and ongoing database maintenance, and provide overall support implementing and executing recruitment and retention activities.
They are kicking off interviews now for a mid- to late-April start. This will be a contract position, estimated 5 months with possible extension. This will be hybrid, 2 days remote, 3 days in office, and will be located Los Angeles. Some weeks may require additional in office support.

Responsibilities:
- Entering accurate data into various databases, organizing applicant files
- Administrative support to recruitment team
- Process expense reports
- Managing employee paperwork
- Preparing files and schedules for programs and events
- Preparing orientation materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office setting, legal industry preferred
Salary : $25 - $28
