We are currently seeking a uniquely skilled NetSuite/NetSuite Budgeting and Planning Managed Services Consultant who possesses a blend of financial accounting and IT system expertise for our growing financial transformation consultancy.
In this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, and Profit & Loss Statements. They must be proficient in engaging with accountants, understanding their needs, and translating those requirements into IT support for finance systems.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients to understand their accounting systems, assess their existing IT infrastructures, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define goals and objectives based on a defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Developing and deploying tailored IT managed services solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitoring and managing clients' IT infrastructure and services, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize system downtime through effective incident and problem management.
- Providing timely and efficient support to clients, escalating complex issues as necessary according to the defined SLA.
- Continuously analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing optimization strategies.
- Implementing performance monitoring and capacity planning measures to ensure scalability and efficiency of managed services.
- Making recommendations for technology upgrades and enhancements to align with financial and operational objectives.
- Building and managing superior customer relationships, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Conducting meetings to review service performance, discuss upcoming initiatives, and address concerns.
- Identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the scope of managed services to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of managed services processes, configurations, and support activities.
- Generating regular reports on service performance, including metrics such as availability, incident resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in managed services, and leveraging this knowledge to provide innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement, and identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess superior problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to work. Knowledge of the financial industry, familiarity with financial IT systems, and previous experience in a managed services environment will be a distinct advantage.
