It is an on site Counselor position in Pasadena, Maryland
Full Time Position
Mostly Monday-Friday day shift.
Certifications and licenses that would work are:
CAC, CSC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, LPC and LCSW (any one out of this will work)
Duties
. Actively participates in key staff and clinical meetings.
2. Conducts intake assessments.
3. Develops treatment plans.
4. Oversees aftercare planning.
5. Facilitates group therapy.
6. Performs individual therapy with client/family.
7. Documents the assessment of client progress/regress and interventions provided in the client chart, on
an ongoing basis.
8. Recognizes, responds to and assists in psychiatric crisis situations and provide the intervention necessary.
9. Manages caseload of clients, and oversees all aspects of their direct care.
10. Communicates effectively with clients, staff, contractors and medical team.
11. Adheres to policies and procedures.
12. Performs other duties assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
